Warranty
All repairs have a 1-Year warranty on parts and labor.
Turnaround Time
Turnaround time on repairs is 30 days.
Cost
Repair and refurbish cost is as follows:
- Non Display Phone -- $89.00/phone *
- Display Phone --$99.00/phone*
Payment
All phone repairs are COD via company check, credit card, or cash. There will be no charge to the customer if the phone is unable to be repaired for any reason and all monies paid will be refunded.
Loaner Equipment
We do offer loaner equipment. The cost is $45.00, plus freight. The customer will be invoiced full price if the phone with the same serial number is not returned.
*Customer will also absorb freight charges back to customer.
